DIRECTOR RESIGNATIONS

On January 8, 2026, Ms. Limor Ganot and Mr. Snir Wiessman resigned from the board of directors of Steakholder Foods Ltd. (the “Company”), citing disagreements regarding matters with respect to the Company’s administration of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Twine Solutions Ltd.
