On November 29, 2024, Procaps Group, S.A. (the “Company”) announced that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (the “Extraordinary General Meeting”) and an annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Annual General Meeting”) are to be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. (Luxembourg time).

The record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the Meeting is November 26, 2024. The Convening Notice to the Meeting and the Proxy Card for use in connection with the Meeting are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and will be mailed to the Company’s shareholders.
