Rio de Janeiro, March 31, 2026 – Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. – Petrobras announces that it has received today the resignation, effective immediately, of the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors, Bruno Moretti, from his positions as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors, in view of his appointment as Minister of Planning and Budget.
