Optibase Ltd. (NASDAQ: OBAS) ("Optibase" or the "Company") hereby reports that following its resolution to delist its Ordinary Shares from trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE") (see also the Company's announcement dated January 11, 2022), the delisting of the Company's ordinary shares from trade on the TASE shall be effective on April 13, 2022. The last day for trading of the Company's ordinary shares on the TASE is April 11, 2022.

The ordinary shares of the Company will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market.
