The annual general shareholders’ meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. CEST (8:00 a.m. EDT) at https://www.gvmanager-live.ch/on. Prior registration is required to participate in the virtual annual general shareholders’ meeting. Shareholders may also exercise their voting rights by sending voting instructions to the independent proxy representative as set forth in the invitation to the annual general shareholders’ meeting and the related proxy materials.
