On March 24, 2025, Ohmyhome Limted (the “Company”) received a letter from the Listing qualification Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) stating that because the Company’s ordinary shares had a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive days, from March 10 through March 21, 2025, the Company had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 per share for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and that the matter is now closed.
