Effective February 2, 2026, Dr. John Quelch and Dr. Tarek Shawki resigned from the board of directors of Mynd.ai, Inc. (the “Company”).

Dr. Quelch's resignation follows his decision to focus on other professional commitments. Dr. Shawki is stepping down to pursue other opportunities and also focus on other professional commitments. Neither resignation was due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
