On January 13, 2026, Mobile-health Network Solutions (the “Company”) announced that it would change its business address and mailing address of its principal executive office to 2 Venture Drive, #07-08, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526, effective March 1, 2026 (“Change of Address”). The Company has issued a press release to announce the Change of Address, which is included as an exhibit herein.
