On November 14, 2025, Chaince Digital Holdings Inc. (formerly Mercurity Fintech Holding Inc.) issued a press release announcing that Chief Strategy Officer Wilfred Daye participated as a speaker at the 31st Annual Conference of The Chinese Finance Association. A copy of the press release is attached herein as Exhibit 99.1.
