MAAS Announces Change of Its Chinese Name

On December 12, 2025, Maase Inc.(“MAAS” or the “Company”) announced that effective December 12, 2025, the board of directors of the Company approved the change of the Chinese name of the Company from “瑰宝数科集团有限公司” to “麦思智能引擎有限公司”. The Company believes that the name change will more accurately reflect its business focus, carry strong brand recognition in the market and better facilitate brand promotion, market position and long-term brand loyalty.
