LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC - NOTIFICATION OF ISSUANCE OF EQUITY SECURITIES

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market (PRM) sourcebook 1.6.4R, Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Company") announces the allotment and issuance of the following shares to satisfy awards under the Company's share plans and their admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the Company's existing block admissions of shares for this purpose (as detailed in the table below). This notification covers the period of 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (inclusive).
