Withdrawal of LG Display shares from Employee Stock Ownership Association by Chief Executive Officer

On January 16, 2026, Mr. Cheoldong Jeong, Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer of LG Display, reported that he had withdrawn 37,100 shares of LG Display common stock from Employee Stock Ownership Association. Following this transaction, Mr. Cheoldong Jeong's current ownership of LG Display common stock is 59,560 shares.
