(“IFS”) notifies you, as a Material Event, that on March 18, 2026, IFS' 2025 Annual Report was filed as a Material Event (Hecho de Importancia) to the Peruvian Superintendency of Capital Markets (Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores) and published in IFS' website. The 2025 Annual Report will be submitted for approval by IFS' 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting.

An English translation of the aforementioned Annual Report is attached as an exhibit to this Form 6-K.
