CONTENTS

On October 29, 2025, IM Cannabis Corp. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. Uri Birenberg, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will be stepping down from his position for personal reasons. Mr. Birenberg is expected to continue serving as Chief Financial Officer until January 5, 2026, or such earlier date as may be determined by the Company. Mr. Birenberg’s decision to step down was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
