EXPLANATORY NOTE

HomesToLife Ltd (the “Company”) is filing this Report on Form 6-K to report its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and to discuss its recent corporate developments.

On September 17, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the six months ended June 30, 2025 and announcing the time and dial-in number for a conference call to review the financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, attached hereto as Exhibits 99.3.
