HPH Announces Plan to Change of ticker symbol on Nasdaq from “HPH” to “MAAS”

Highest Performances Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) is announcing that effective May 5, 2025, the Company will change its trading symbol from “HPH” to “MAAS” and at the opening of the market on that date, the Company’s American depositary shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under its new trading symbol.
