On March 12, 2026, Cognyte Software Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will hold a conference call on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 8:30am ET to review its fourth quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 financial results for the quarter ending January 31, 2026. A copy of the related press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
