On March 27, 2026, Ms. Josephine Yan Yeung notified the Company of her resignation as an independent director, effective March 27, 2026, in order to pursue other business commitments. Ms. Yeung’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies, or procedures. On March 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company accepted and approved Ms. Yeung’s resignation.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement and expects to fill the vacancy by April 2, 2026.
