On November 14, 2023, Celyad Oncology SA (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that on November 14, 2023 it issued a total of 14,903,846 new ordinary shares, with no nominal value per share (“Ordinary Shares”) to CFIP CLYD (UK) Limited, an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group. As a result, the Company’s share capital increased to €88,378,224.25 and is represented by 41,428,572 Ordinary Shares.

This information is published in accordance with Article 15 of the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major participations in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market and regarding miscellaneous provisions.
