The Registrant filed with the Israeli Securities Authority on December 9, 2021 a supplemental report regarding the previously reported sale of shares by Mr. Amsalem, the Company's CFO, as well as reports regarding a sale of shares by Ms. Orly Pascal, the Company's VP of Human Resources and Ms. Atara Litvak-Shacham, the Company's VP of Excellence and Innovation noting the following: Mr. Amsalem sold 38,358 shares at a price of NIS 15.60, issued to him upon the exercise of 231,931 vested options of the Company; Ms. Pascal sold 27,002 shares at a price of NIS 16.00 issued to her upon the exercise of 174,334 vested options of the Company; Ms. Litvak-Shacham sold 27,760 shares at a price ranging from NIS 15.55 to 16.19 issued to her upon the exercise of 174,334 vested options of the Company. All such sales were executed through a net exercise mechanism pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan.
