CEO END OF TERM

Netanya, Israel – November 23, 2021 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced today that following its previous report regarding the resignation of Mr. Avi Gabbay, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, on November 22, 2021, Mr. Gabbay ended his term as CEO of the Company.
