Departure of Chief Financial Officer

Effective November 14, 2025, Anthony Page, Chief Financial Officer of Captivision Inc. (the “Company”), resigned as chief financial officer and an employee of the Company. His responsibilities have been assumed on an interim basis by Gary Garrabrant, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Page will provide transition administrative support services to the Company as a non-employee consultant as mutually agreed. This updates and supersedes prior disclosure in the Company’s press release issued on November 21, 2025.
