NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

Braskem S.A. (“Braskem” or the “Company”), in compliance with the provisions of Article 133 of Brazilian Law No. 6,404/76 (the “Brazilian Corporations Law”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the documents and information related to the matters to be considered at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, to be held on April 29, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., including the documents referred to in Article 133 of the Brazilian Corporations Law, are available to shareholders at the Company’s offices located at Rua Lemos Monteiro, No. 120, 24th floor, Butantã, City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, ZIP Code 05501-050, on the Company’s Investor Relations website (www.braskem-ri.com.br), and have been filed with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission – CVM (www.cvm.gov.br) and with B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão (www.b3.com.br), in accordance with applicable law.

The Company further informs that the publication of the Call Notice and of this notice will be carried out by the Company in its customary newspaper, pursuant to the Brazilian Corporations Law.
