On March 30, 2025, Azul S.A. (the “Company”) published a notice of the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company, to be held virtually, on first call, on April 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. (Brazil time) (the “Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders Meetings”).

A copy of the proposal of the management of the Company in respect of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders Meetings is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
