On October 12, 2023, Atlas Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the delivery of a notice of redemption (the “Notice”) to the holders of the Company’s Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares, Series I, par value of $0.01 per share (the “Series I Preferred Shares”). The Notice, which will be deemed effective as of October 13, 2023, calls for the redemption of all of the issued and outstanding Series I Preferred Shares (CUSIP: Y0436Q158) on October 30, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
