Press Release

On July 29, 2026, Alvotech issued a Press Release announcing that the US Food and Drug Administration has closed its inspection of the company's manufacturing site, confirming the inspection classification of the site is Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI). A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as exhibit 99.1.
