Press Releases

On January, 29, 2026, Alvotech issued a Press Release announcing that it has reached a licensing and settlement agreement with Regeneron and Bayer, resolving all remaining patent disputes worldwide related to Alvotech’s biosimilar to Eylea® 2mg (aflibercept 40 mg/mL solution). A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as exhibit 99.1.
