Press Releases

On December 31, 2025, Alvotech issued a Press Release announcing that the Company has secured a USD 100 million senior term loan facility with maturity in December 2027 aimed at strengthening liquidity and supporting the execution of Alvotech’s strategic priorities in 2026.
