On June 28, 2022, 4D pharma plc (the “Company,” “4D,” “4D pharma,” “we,” “us” or “our”) issued a press release entitled “4D pharma plc Receives Notice of Delisting From Nasdaq” regarding receipt of written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on June 27, 2022 notifying the Company that the Company’s securities will be delisted from The Nasdaq Stock Market and trading will be suspended at the opening of business on July 7, 2022.
