Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person contributed shares of RealPage, Inc. common stock as a gift to the Leeds 2020 RealPage Annuity Trust, a grantor retained annuity trust. Reporting Person is the sole beneficiary and these securities are held in trust for his benefit. Reporting Person claims indirect beneficial ownership of these shares. The Reporting Person's spouse is the trustee of the trust.
