1. These shares were acquired through a BOK Financial Corporation dividend reinvestment plan in which Ms. Keesling is a participant.

2. Between December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2021, the reporting person acquired 0.2063 shares of BOKF common stock under the BOKF 401(k) plan. The information in this report is based on a plan statement dated as of December 31, 2021.
