1. Year-end adjustments to the Company's common stocks beneficially owned by the reporting person. The adjustments include transferred and/or disbursed stocks to the reporting person's individual account from the annuity Trust.

2. Year-end adjustment to the Company's common stocks beneficially owned by the Trust for benefit of the reporting person's children. The adjustment includes disbursed stocks from the annuity Trust.

3. Year-end adjustments to the Company's stocks beneficially ownership by annuity Trust. The shares from the annuity Trust were transferred and/or disbursed 1) to the Trust owned by the reporting person's children; and 2) to the reporting person's individual account.
