1. Represents shares transferred by the Reporting Person to The Gary E. Hendrickson Trust for estate planning purposes. The Reporting Person serves as the trustee of the trust.

2. Represents shares transferred by the Reporting Person, as trustee of The Gary E. Hendrickson Trust, to The Hendrickson Family Trust for estate planning purposes. The Reporting Person's spouse serves as the trustee of The Hendrickson Family Trust and has delegated to the Reporting Person investment control and management of trust property.
