Remarks:

No new transactions are being reported by the Reporting Persons and no amendments are being made other than to report that the Reporting Persons are no longer subject to Section 16. MCG7 Capital Inc. ("MCG7") and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Binder Clip Holdings LLC ("Binder") and Appboy BH LLC ("Appboy") have, as of December 31, 2024, ceased to collectively hold shares representing at least 10 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A Common Stock") of Braze, Inc. (the "Issuer"). As of December 31, 2024, MCG7, Binder and Appboy collectively beneficially owned 8,634,408 shares of Class A Common Stock. The Issuer reported to MCG7, Binder and Appboy that, as of December 31, 2024, it had 87,822,227 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding. As of December 31, 2024, the percentage of Class A Common Stock collectively beneficially owned by MCG7, Binder and Appboy was 9.83 percent.
