Since last week’s announcement, we’ve heard from many of you that you would like to better understand who Cintas is, what they value, and how they are thinking about UniFirst and our Team Partners. Attached to this email is a series of quotes Todd Schneider, Cintas’ CEO, made during a public conference call last week, and I think this will help shed light on these important topics.

I also want to share that in my own interactions, I’ve found Todd and the Cintas leadership team to be respectful, thoughtful and very complimentary of our team partners and our business. In every conversation, they have taken time to recognize our strengths and what we’ve built together. You’ll see those same sentiments reflected in the remarks included here.
