Today we announced that both Coursera and Udemy will hold their respective special meetings of stockholders on April 9, 2026 to vote on the planned combination. Coursera and Udemy each need approval from their respective stockholders in order to complete the transaction.

If you held shares of Coursera stock as of March 6, 2026, the record date for our special meeting, you will receive instructions from Fidelity about how you can vote those shares at the special meeting.
