Other Events.

On March 8, 2021, NTN Buzztime, Inc. (“NTN”) issued a press release announcing that independent proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc. recommends that NTN stockholders vote “FOR” all proposals to be considered and voted on at its March 15, 2021 special meeting of stockholders, all of which relate to the proposed merger involving NTN and Brooklyn Immunotherapeutics LLC and the proposed sale of NTN’s assets to eGames.com Holdings LLC. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
