4.940% Senior Notes due 2036

The notes will bear interest at the rate of 4.940% per year. Interest on the notes is payable on April 1 and October 1 of each year, beginning on October 1, 2026. The notes will mature on April 1, 2036. Interest on the notes will accrue from February 18, 2026. The notes will be our unsecured, unsubordinated obligations and will rank equally in right of payment with all of our other unsubordinated indebtedness.

We may redeem some or all of the notes at any time prior to January 1, 2036 (three months prior to the scheduled maturity date) at the “make-whole” redemption price described under “Description of Notes-Optional Redemption” plus accrued interest to the date of redemption. We may redeem some or all of the notes at any time on or after January 1, 2036 at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes redeemed plus accrued interest to the date of redemption.
