The Senior Autocallable Contingent Coupon Buffered Notes due April 5, 2028 Linked to the Worst-Performing of the Common Stock of Caterpillar Inc., the Common Stock of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., the Common Stock of ServiceNow, Inc. and the Common Stock of Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (the “Notes”) are senior unsecured obligations of Jefferies Financial Group Inc. The Notes have the terms described in the accompanying product supplement, prospectus supplement and prospectus, as supplemented or modified by this pricing supplement. The Notes are issued as part of our Series A Global Medium-Term Notes program.

Coupon Observation Dates:	Quarterly, beginning on June 30, 2026, as set forth on page PS-2. The Coupon Observation Dates are subject to postponement as described in the accompanying product supplement.
Coupon Payment Dates:	As set forth on page PS-2. The Coupon Payment Dates may be postponed if the related Coupon Observation Date is postponed as described in the accompanying product supplement.
Call Observation Dates:	Quarterly, beginning on June 30, 2026, as set forth on page PS-2. The Call Observation Dates are subject to postponement as described in the accompanying product supplement.
Call Payment Dates:	As set forth on page PS-2. The Call Payment Dates may be postponed if the related Call Observation Date is postponed as described in the accompanying product supplement.
Valuation Date:	March 31, 2028, subject to postponement as described in the accompanying product supplement.
Maturity Date:	April 5, 2028, which may be postponed if the Valuation Date is postponed as described in the accompanying product supplement.
Underlying:	The worst-performing of the common stock of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE symbol: “CAT”), the common stock of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE symbol: “GS”), the common stock of ServiceNow, Inc. (NYSE symbol: “NOW”) and the common stock of Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (Nasdaq symbol: “VRTX”)(each an “Underlying Company” and collectively, the “Underlying Companies”). Please see “The Underlyings” below.
Worst-Performing Underlying:	The Underlying with the lowest Observation Value or Final Value, as applicable, as compared to its Initial Value.
Coupon Feature:	Contingent Coupon Payments. The Notes will pay a Contingent Coupon Payment of $66.25 on the applicable Coupon Payment Date if the Observation Value of the Worst-Performing Underlying on the applicable quarterly Coupon Observation Date is greater than or equal to its Coupon Barrier.
Call Feature:	Autocallable Notes. The Notes will be automatically called if the Observation Value of the Worst-Performing Underlying on any Call Observation Date (beginning approximately three months after the Pricing Date) is equal to or greater than its Call Value. If your Notes are called, you will receive the Call Payment on the applicable Call Payment Date, and no further amounts will be payable on the Notes.
Call Payment:	The Stated Principal Amount plus any Contingent Coupon Payment that may otherwise be due on the applicable Call Payment Date.
Payment at Maturity:	If the Final Value of the Worst-Performing Underlying is greater than or equal to its Threshold Value, you will receive for each Note that you hold a Payment at Maturity that is equal to the Stated Principal Amount If the Final Value of the Worst-Performing Underlying is less than its Threshold Value, you will receive for each Note that you hold a Payment at Maturity that is less than the Stated Principal Amount of each Note that will equal: In this scenario the Payment at Maturity will be less than the Stated Principal Amount and you could lose a significant portion of your investment. The Payment at Maturity will also include the final Contingent Coupon Payment if the Observation Value of the Worst-Performing Underlying on the final Coupon Observation Date is greater than or equal to its Coupon Barrier.
Initial Value:	$667.43 with respect to the CAT; $807.60 with respect to the GS; $104.97 with respect to the NOW; and $443.16 with respect to the VRTX
Observation Value:	With respect to each Underlying, the Share Closing Price of the Underlying times its Adjustment Factor on the applicable Coupon Observation Date or Call Observation Date.
Final Value:	With respect to each Underlying, the Share Closing Price of the Underlying times its Adjustment Factor on the Valuation Date.
Coupon Barrier:	$533.94 with respect to the CAT (80% of its Initial Value, rounded to two decimal places); $646.08 with respect to the GS (80% of its Initial Value, rounded to two decimal places); $83.98 with respect to the NOW (80% of its Initial Value, rounded to two decimal places); and $354.53 with respect to the VRTX (80% of its Initial Value, rounded to two decimal places)
Call Value:	$667.43 with respect to the CAT (100% of its Initial Value); $807.60 with respect to the GS (100% of its Initial Value); $104.97 with respect to the NOW (100% of its Initial Value); and $443.16 with respect to the VRTX (100% of its Initial Value)
