This prospectus supplement supplements the prospectus dated December 2, 2025, (the “Prospectus”), which forms a part of our registration statement on Form S-1 (No. 333-291020). This prospectus supplement is being filed to update and supplement the information in the Prospectus with the information contained in our Form 8-K, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on May 5, 2026 (the “Form 8-K”). Accordingly, we have attached the Form 8-K to this prospectus supplement. This prospectus supplement should be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which is to be delivered with this prospectus supplement, and is qualified by reference thereto, except to the extent that the information in this prospectus supplement updates or supersedes the information contained in the Prospectus.

Our common stock is listed on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol “SAFX.” On May 5, 2026, the last reported sale price of our common stock was $0.46 per share. We are an “emerging growth company” and a “smaller reporting company,” as those terms are defined under the federal securities laws, and as such, have elected to comply with certain reduced public company reporting requirements for the registration statement of which this prospectus forms a part and future filings.
