1. Restricted shares awarded November 14, 2022. Awarded shares will vest as follows: 1/3 immediate, 1/3 on November 14, 2023, and 1/3 on November 14, 2024.

2. Includes 115 additional shares acquired under the Employee Stock Purchase Plan since Mr. Witczak's last Form 4 filing on April 12, 2022. Mr. Witczak owns a total of 667 shares in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan as of the date of this report.
