1. Disposed of pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and between Reliant Bancorp, Inc. ("RBNC") and United Community Banks, Inc. ("UCBI"), dated as of July 14, 2021, pursuant to which RBNC was merged with and into UCBI, with UCBI as the surviving corporation, effective January 1, 2022.
