1. Restricted Stock Units convert into ordinary shares on a one-for-one basis.

2. All 4,303 options have vested and remain exercisable.

3. All 8,726 options have vested and remain exercisable.

4. All 9,597 options have vested and remain exercisable.

5. On October 31, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 69,041 restricted stock units, of which 51,780 have vested and have converted into ordinary shares. The remaining 17,261 restricted stock units will vest on October 31, 2022.
