4. These RSUs vest in full upon the earlier of (i) the one-year anniversary of the date of grant or (ii) the date of the regular annual meeting of the Issuer's stockholders held in the year following the date of grant. Vested shares are delivered to the reporting person upon vest date.

SEC Form 4: Van Veenendaal Frank converted options into 804 shares, increasing direct ownership by 49% to 2,444 units
