1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $13.06 to $13.33, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to Beam Global, any security holder of Beam Global, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnotes (1), (3), and (4) to this Form 4.

2. Townsend Battery Partners, LLC is a member of EPS Holding, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("EPS"), which is the Sole Member of TES Co-Investor, LLC ("Co-Investor"). EPS and Co-Investor are the Members and EPS is the Manager of Townsend Energy Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Energy Solutions"). Energy Solutions is the sole member of TBP Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which, along with Dennis Townsend and Townsend Ventures, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is a Member of Townsend AC, LLC.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $13.87 to $14.85, inclusive.

4. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $14.87 to $15.00, inclusive.
