Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock unit grant, which vested immediately, but is not paid out until six months after the Reporting Person's cessation of service as a director.

2. This amendment is being filed to correct an administrative error related to this share number as reported on the original Form 4.

3. Represents an adjustment of outstanding RSUs pursuant to the terms of the Zurn Water Solutions Corporation Performance Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to reflect the impact of the issuer's spin-off of its PMC business, which closed on October 4, 2021 (the "Spin-Off").

4. As trustee of a trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's children.
