Explanation of Responses:

1. On August 25, 2023, the Reporting Person was granted 35,176 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs"). Among the 35,176 RSUs, 8,794 RSUs vested immediately and the remaining 26,382 RSUs will vest evenly in quarterly installments from September 25, 2023 to March 25, 2024.

2. Consists of (i) 13,244 shares of Class A common stock and (ii) 26,382 RSUs which remain subject to certain vesting conditions.

3. Effective on June 14, 2023, the Company conducted a reverse stock split at a ratio of 1-for-8 (the "Reverse Split"). The number of shares reported herein reflects the number of shares after effectuating the Reverse Split.
