1. Reflects performance-based restricted stock units granted on February 26, 2020. These units were earned on February 28, 2022, when the Compensation Committee of the Issuer certified that the related performance metrics were met, and will settle into shares of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the award.
