1. Award made in accordance with the Columbia Property Trust, Inc. 2013 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). The number of shares granted pursuant to the award and the Plan was determined using a price per share equal to the average of the closing prices of the common stock on the ten trading days prior to the grant date (which also equals the price disclosed in this Form 4).
