Explanation of Responses:

1. Payment of director fees for fourth quarter ended December 31, 2021. Price per share is the average closing price per share for the first five days preceding the dividend record date of November 15, 2021.

2. Includes the following shares acquired under the Issuer's Dividend Reinvestment Plan: 827.357 shares acquired on November 29, 2021; and 364.203 shares acquired on January 25, 2022.

3. The conversion rate of the 7.25% convertible notes due 2024 (the "Notes") equals 1.7279 shares of the Issuer's common stock per $25.00 principal amount of the Notes (equivalent to a conversion price of approximately $14.47 per share of the Issuer's common stock). The conversion rate, and thus the conversion price, will be subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms of the Notes.

4. Calculated based on the conversion rate of 1.7279 shares of the Issuer's common stock per $25.00 principal amount of Notes.
